Black mixed format Indian flag stone, 35mm 600x600, 600x750 and 600x900. ONLY 34m2 !!!Underfloor heated gypsum screed, anti fracture mat and grouted in natural grey grout.

Leak and waste pipes replaced and kitchen refitted and new set of steps built out of brick and slab.

Leak found after a lot of digging!!!! Old Cracked wastes pipes replaced. New substructure formed to float a new set of steps over the mains and sewage.

Tiles removed from floor 2 months after being laid by previous tiler
(with incorrect adhesives)
The cracks in the gypsum subfloor probably didn't help!!! We used epoxy for the cracks and an anti fracture mat with the correct adhesive for the mat 2 gypsum and tile 2 mat.
Mixed format rustic cream porcelain tiles and up stands.
Finished with jasmine grout and brushed trim.
Tile trim and colour match silicone expansions.
