Nice refresh for this slightly dated Cloakroom using the latest modern fitted furniture. New basin unit fitted for extra storage and new vertical designer radiator with a towel bar.
Customer to install Lino flooring and also patch up/paint walls where needed.

🚰 Installed this whole house water filter today in Sheepy Magna

Decent bit of kit and comes with a 10 stage filtration system to keep your plumbing free of limescale and all of the other rubbish that’s in our water systems! Good for the bathroom/kitchen appliances too.

This was the ‘pre-plumbed’ version with additional pipework needed to re-connect to the customers water system. I also added additional valves for easy maintenance if required to swap the system over in the future. You’ll need at least 800mm (width) x 600mm (high) for this installation.

Thanks to all of my customers throughout the year. Completed some fantastic installs and been a pleasure to bring your designs to life. Always appreciate the support and never take any work for granted. I will always give 100% on any job, from small plumbing jobs to big bathroom installations 👌🏻

Big thanks to my main suppliers and contractors who work hard in the background to make sure things run as smoothly as possible.

It’s looking like a very busy first half of the year already which is fantastic. Time to reset and re-stock ready for a strong start to the year.

🚿 Final bath/shower area of the year completed earlier this week in Hinckley 🚿

Old bath removed and new re-enforced L-shaped shower bath installed, giving the customers more room where it matters. TMV removed on the hot side of the bath and new hot/cold pipework installed. 8mm plastic shower panels used for the feature wall to make sure the Hansgrohe rainfall shower and bath taps really stand out 👌🏻

Custom boxing built at the end of the bath using similar tiles to the current ones, making use of the space and giving the customer extra storage.

🚿En-suite completed this week in Ansley Common 🚿

This tiny wet room had seen better days and was suffering from wear and tear from years of use. Unfortunately water was going through the downstairs ceiling and I found out why 🫣

A lot of prep work this one and a bit of a struggle with the size of the room being quite small, but that’s all part of the fun 😅

The customer wanted it more user friendly and also wanted it more as an en-suite rather than a wet room again. New 10” joists installed to level the floor with the step. Brand new pipework throughout the room, including a new soil pipe connection for the toilet. FIBO wall panels in the shower area and LVT waterproof flooring for the room. 2 x new LED ceiling spots, ceiling fan and shower connections. LED mirror to be installed at a later date.
What a transformation! 🤩

A lot of prep work was needed for this installation but that didn’t bother us, if it’s got to be done to give the customers what they want, then that’s what we’ll do 💪🏻

Bath removed and walk in shower installed. Brand new plumbing throughout the bathroom including underground soil connections and new external soil pipe. External brick walls patched up and new slabbing laid.
New toilet, radiator and basin locations and new ceiling/ceiling spots and extractor fan installed. Porcelain tiles throughout the bathroom including the floor.

🚿 Small job for a rental completed yesterday in Weddington, Nuneaton 🚿

Completed this job for a landlady whose property has had a few mould issues over the years due to ventilation in the property. As well as additional extractor fans fitted and ducting, cladding was the best option for an easy clean, easy maintenance solution.

White gloss ceiling and walls panels fitted and brand new shower screen. White Anti-mould bathroom silicone used as standard.

Been a busy busy couple of months working on various projects. Here is our latest en-suite recently completed for some school friends.

A fresh updated modern look with the wall hung basin and very classy Hansgrohe rainfall shower.
Brand new plumbing installed throughout the room and new stud wall built. New ceiling spots and ceiling fan with integrated led spot. Ceiling re-boarded, plastered and painted.
Porcelain tiles on the walls and floor.
