It's been a busy couple of weeks with a number of various jobs, ranging from fitting bead panelling and decorating hall stairs and landing, to wallpapering a feature wall, fitting and painting new skirting and fitting slate panels for a feature wall on the exterior wall.

Double job completed in the same property bedroom and stairs and landing redecoration.... Prep work in the bedroom to get the walls ready for a fresh coat of emulsion, finishing off with a white ceiling and wood work glossed.
Stairs and landing had been freshly plastered so needed priming before two coats of brilliant what all the way through to keep it light and fresh, wood work glossed throughout...

So my last job of the year was to refit a gate for a lovely customer that wanted it refreshed and brought back life because it was designed by her mum.

It has a lot of memories attached to it and the response I got from her when she had seen the transformation is worth more than money and the reason why I do the work I do.

Here are some before and after pictures and a copy of a wonderful message that I received on my way home.

It's been a varied few weeks with flat pack furniture, plaster patching, emulsion work and glossing doors.
