As we ramp up work again following the latest update from the government I’d like to say thank you to all our customers for their patience so far.

For our domestic customers I’d like to draw your attention to the infographic below on how to deal with all tradesman working within your homes during the outbreak.

Any particularly intrusive domestic work will be discussed with our customers up front to plan how to carry out the work in the safest possible way.

We’re looking forward to getting back to work in a safe and responsible manner and would ask for your help to allow us to adhere to the important safety procedures we now have to employ to control the covid-19 outbreak.

Following the governments latest advice it is with regret that we will no longer be carrying out installation work until further notice.

We will still respond to emergency call outs to loss of power etc and will continue to observe strict hygiene procedures but anything which is not classed as essential will now need to wait until we are through the worst of this. It is the only responsible course of action.

We wish all of our customers good health and look forward to serving you again “on the other side”. Stay safe everybody!
