New year new floors 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ hall way, WC , utility room all self levelled tiled and grouted . Ready for skirting boards to be fitted and bit of touch up paint.

A before and after

 traditional timber fascia repair today, cut out all the old root and scarfed in new timber and adding in mouldings.

Will all be primed undercoated and top coat painted.

A garage I built
- timber frame walls on 2 sides stone on the other 2
-6by2 stud at 400mm centre’s with 12mm OSB on the back, battened off and 6by1 cladding as customer requested.
-oak post and wall plate to create an out side seating area
- cut roof at two different pitches all at 400mm centres all made from 6by2
-roof boarded where under side was visible
-felt,battened and slated

Grate job really enjoyed this.

Small stair case made using old recycled timber

Small concrete slab complete and ready for a porch to be built on top.
-stone  level and compacted
-Shutter set up
-concrete pored in
- floated up for a smooth Finnish

A small job in the village completed✅
The owners of this house had water coming in the back of their out building over many years, so rotten timbers replaced new slates on and a barge flashing to stop any water ingress.
