A little work I've been doing for one of my regulars, clearing out old bamboo and cornus 🎍
Plan for over the autumn and winter is get some hardy evergreens such as Heathers and Conifers/ Pines planted in to go with the mini standing stones, as well as hopefully turning the seating pit into a wildlife friendly pond full of native plants! 🌲🍁🍄

🌳Some wee hedge work from several weeks ago🌳

It's very important to check hedges for any sign of nesting birds, as not only is it highly illegal it's key we work with and around nature for the best out come of our gardens 🐦

🪶 When working on hedges this time of year I not only do a thorough search through, I sit and observe look out for the signs that there may be nests within. Even if I see no birds entering and the hedge is to thick, I leave it for another day 🪶

Lovely job for one of my regulars fresh a lot of weeding going on and some fairly hefty planting! Looking forward to the coming weeks and months as we get more plants put in and make a lovely semi shaded boarder 🌿🍀🌱

Done a little bit of a crown lift of several trees for my customer this week using the pole pruner attachment for the KMA 135 r , making it more enjoyable for their customers walking around the grounds as well as when he's on his ride on mower... A few less whips to the face!

Around this time of year is the end of tree work such as this, Spring is coming and the sap is rising it's best now to let the trees grow and do their thing. 🌳🌳
