60m² garage roof complete.The existing asphalt roof was assessed and found to be in sound condition, with no issues across the main surface area. Minor cracks were present around the perimeter, which were addressed during preparation.

An underlay was installed around all perimeter areas to reinforce the edges and provide additional protection prior to the main installation. The entire roof surface was then fully primed to ensure strong adhesion and a long-lasting finish.

Once preparation was complete, a single layer of Polyglass cap sheet was installed as an overlay to the existing roof. This provided a durable, weather-resistant finish designed to extend the life of the roof and improve overall performance.

In addition to the roofing works, the gable side was upgraded with an anthracite grey hollow soffit, enhancing both the appearance and durability of the roofline.

Called out to a leaking GRP roof, multiple cracks were identified across the surface. The roof was thoroughly jet-washed, scrubbed, and left to dry before applying a PU primer to enhance adhesion. A polyurethane liquid was then applied with fiberglass reinforcement matting to strengthen and seal the damaged areas. Once cured, a second coat of polyurethane liquid was applied to create a seamless, durable, and weatherproof finish, providing a robust and long-lasting solution
