Another scorcher of a day... and somehow we've all survived! 🥵☀️ Hottest day in June since... yesterday! 😂😂😂

A massive shout out to Caol and Paul today. Those two absolutely grafted from start to finish without stopping, smashing through job after job in the heat. Top effort, lads! 💪👏

Meanwhile, while those two were busy cuddling up together all day... 😂 I was flying solo! Started the morning jet washing, followed by a few juicy hedge cuts that nearly finished me off! 😬🥵

Needless to say, there was enough sweat to water a few flower beds! 💧💧💧🌞

Hope we are are staying hydrated! Take care 😊

☀️🥵 Heatwave mode: ACTIVATED. 🥵☀️

Anyone else a little sweaty last night? 😬

Gardening in this weather is like working inside an air fryer... except the air fryer is trying to give you hay fever too. 🌿🔥

Caol and Paul smashed out a few gardens yesterday despite the heat, sweating enough to refill a paddling pool. 💪😅

We're still giving 100% (even if half of it evaporates before lunchtime! 💦), so thanks for your patience while we battle the sunshine one garden at a time.

Stay cool, drink plenty of water... and if you see us lying face down on someone's lawn, we're probably just "checking the grass." 🌱😂

We know life gets busy, and we're grateful for every single customer. If you could settle invoices as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days, we'd really appreciate it. Chasing payments and checking accounts is time we'd much rather spend with our families after a long, hot day in the gardens (or with our feet up and a cold drink! 😅).

🌿 Greenfingers Gardening Care 🌿

Another busy day out in the sunshine today with some big lawn cuts completed and plenty of gardens brought back under control after last week's rain delays. ☀️✂️🌱

Amongst all the mowing, strimming and hedge cutting, this was definitely my favourite sight of the day. 📸😍

A beautiful bee hard at work on a stunning purple geranium, reminding us that gardens aren't just about neat lawns and tidy hedges. They're also about creating spaces where nature can thrive. 🐝💜

It's easy to get caught up in the rush of everyday life, but sometimes it's worth stopping for a few seconds to appreciate the little things happening right in front of us. This little worker certainly seemed happier than I was after a day behind the mower! 😂

The good news is we're finally catching up after last week's endless rain, and with the sunshine forecast to continue, we're hoping to get the remaining lawns looking their best over the next few days.

And of course, there's another important event tomorrow... England kick off their World Cup campaign! ⚽🏆

🌿 Greenfingers Gardening Care Update 🌿

What a difference a day makes! It's been nice to finally have a day without rain for a change. ☀️

Today we managed to smash through a full garden of hedge work, and I can safely say my arms are definitely reminding me about it this evening! 💪🌳

To add insult to injury, I then headed off to tackle a 24-foot conifer that needed a tidy-up. That pretty much finished me off, but the job's looking much smarter for it.

Of course, the work doesn't stop there. We also fitted in a couple of lawn cuts to keep our regular customers looking neat and tidy while we continue catching up after last week's monsoon-style weather. 🌧️➡️🌱

The good news is we're finally, finally getting back on top of the schedule after the endless rain delays. There are still a handful of customers whose lawns we haven't quite managed to reach following last week's rain, but please rest assured we'll be straight back on it first thing in the morning and getting those gardens looking neat and tidy again.

A huge thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding while we've waited for gardens to dry out enough to work on properly. Sometimes the best thing we can do is wait a little longer rather than risk damaging your lawn.
