Recent bathroom sorted out and re skimmed last week. 👌🏼

We get this on a lot of jobs, where old damaged loose plaster is present on the walls. And to guarantee the work, them areas need to be removed as the background needs to be SOLID!
If you're getting movement, you'll get cracks at some point in the near future. 👈🏼

Hacked off up to where solid ✅

Dot+ dabbed to existing and filled out ✅

Full prep and re skim of all the walls ✅

Small patching job over in Haywood at the start of this week.

Old blown plaster removed from water damage due to an issue from the roof that has been resolved.

Boarded/ dabbed and patched in.✅

It's been a tough 8 days straight in completing this job in shaw to allow the family to finish off and move in as soon as possible. Followed by some minor patch work this morning in the garage area.

Also managed to get some pics of the lounge once painted up.

Major boarding of patches and dot+dab from the French doors round to the garage doors over the kitchen units. (New work tops being fitted).

Obsolete fire door removed, framed, boarded and patched in ✅

Metal stud partition built, boarded and skimmed using fire line board to adhere to the site safety spec ✅
