Apologies to all those that have messaged me for work on the past months as it has been manic at the "Office" with that I have only been able to manage my time for family with the recent birth of my little girl Evalyn Autumn Sharp. With the dust settling and adult life coming to grips I have managed to get out and about doing a few small jobs such as this garden wall rebuild in Southport using Reclaimed Bricks and lime mortar mix for an added bit of privacy finished with a mixture of Victorian Triangle Copers

Tip of today with maintaining your property - allow your house to breathe, with damp issues being a problem with earlier built houses blocking up ventilation will force your home to sweat and condensate, simple solution don't brick/block up ventilated areas, no one likes to get sweaty 😰
