Lots of preparation on this job including sanding & filling
Repair to bottom render 🧱 of house as in very bad condition due to the water irrigation οΏΌπŸ’¦ πŸ’§

All work was carried out safely off ladders which saving customers money πŸ’° on not needed scaffolding

Once all the preparation was done

Supplied & sealed over most areas with Zinsser peel stop primer

Supplied & painted all walls in οΏΌ sandtex smooth in white masonry paint

Supplied & painted all plinth οΏΌ at bottom of house in sandtex smooth in black masonry paint

Supplied οΏΌ& painted all window frames & window sills & facias &οΏΌ soffits in zinsser Allcoat satin black paint

Supplied & painted back door in

Supplied & stained garage & front/side door in Ronseal trade wood stain dark oak colour

Uninstalled & removed all old broken fencing & posts at top side of garden
Then Supplied & installed all new wooden posts, & 5ft fence panels

Then halfway down garden uninstalled & removed broken fence panel & Then Supplied & installed new wooden 6ft fence panel & installed a few concrete οΏΌspurs to original Wooden posts where needed to strengthen them οΏΌ

Removed & disposal of all old fencing, posts & all other rubbish

One tap was a normal tap the second tap was a mixer tap with a pull out head which could be used as a sprayer to help clean 🧼 cutlery 🍴 &  plates etc

Happy Returning customer

Customers asked me to sort a couple of jobs out

1st job to sort out his floorboards on landing as a couple of floorboards where broken & loose πŸͺš

So uplifted carpet & underlay, uplifted moving floorboards, reinforced underneath & reinstalled floorboards with extra fixings. Then reinstalled underlay & carpet

2nd job was to replace 10x led lights that had failed πŸ’‘

Isolated Power to all kitchen lights, removed old disconnected lights fittings οΏΌ& uninstall, reconnected & installed new led down lighters & fully tested & switch them all to warm white

Metal steps leading up to a flat above Petts wood shops have started to οΏΌfall apart & a step become broken

Customer wanted a quick fix to make safe & didn’t want to have the steps replaced due to the cost these steps have been patched up before

I put on my safety glasses πŸ₯½ as i needed to grind a small part of the step where it was broken to lift up & realine the step so it was level then I found the thickest brackets I could & supplied & installed 3x brackets for extra strength including, washers, nuts πŸ”© & bolts

I οΏΌtested them out personally by jumping up ⬆️ & down ⬇️ to make sure they were fully safe.
