Gypsum-fiber overlay system underfloor heating insulation board, this is to be used when retro fitting underfloor heating on ground floor when digging out isn’t an option or when installing on upper floors it can be laid straight over chip board or floor boards.

Desired flooring, tiles, wooden, carpet etc can be laid directly over the top of these without the need for screed.

35x boards available, all brand new, each measuring 800x600x18mm (would cover 16.8 square metres)

Not to be confused with cheap foam alternatives these are heavy high quality boards with high thermal values.

Retail price would be around £550.

I am asking £300 for the lot.
