Not so much tree related, but more of an environmental observation.
Friday seemed to mark the end of summer with all these swallows fuelling up en masse for their long trip back to the African continent. See ya in 6 months or so!

Had a fantastic day refreshing our first aid skillz with Marcus of Realism Training yesterday.

Top quality course, loads of banter, and of course good people, topped off with copious quantities of coffee and chocolate hobnobs 😋

I can't recommend Marcus highly enough, we've used his company for the last 9 years to ensure we're all up to date on our EFAW+F.

If anyone reading this needs any training, and not just First Aid at Work either, he covers Personal Safety Awareness, Fending Off Techniques, Paediatric First Aid, and Management of Violence and Aggression in the Workplace, give him a shout at the link above.
