This is a lovely film from Wildlife Friendly Otley at 3 minutes in, mud HQ garden has a taste of stardom but the whole thing is why we love this town and so many of the people in it 💕
The pledges are still going, but if you do one (and do the hash tag thing) by March you get chance to win a bird box or hedgehog house from Wharfedale Mens Shed. We got one last year and they are beautiful, useful and so well crafted.

Our garden was looking lovely this week - the snow makes everyone's gardens look good! Sadly it is now a muddy mess, so part of Master Mud's home learning will be gardening as we are get ours ready for the coming year - digging out the weeds, sowing sweet peas a d preparing some veg beds.
February is also a good time to look after the birds - making sure they have enough food and prune the trees back now, before they look for nesting sites.
The diary is filling up for next year, so if you are looking for a regular gardener or a one off job get in touch soon.
