About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Paver to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in laying hard landscaping and groundworks for residential and/or commercial projects, with a keen eye for detail and high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and level ground for paving/landscaping projects
• Lay porcelain tiles, block paving, and other materials to a high standard
• Cut and shape materials as required
• Ensure proper drainage and alignment
• Operate relevant tools and machinery safely
• Work from plans and follow specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively on-site
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a paver
• Strong knowledge of paving techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Valid driving licence (essential)
• CSCS card (advantage)
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with kerbing, edging, and drainage work
• Knowledge of landscaping and groundwork
• Ability to operate mini diggers/dumpers
