So who are we? Well XL Pro Gardening is pleased to bring you a professional range of ProBio Products to use in your own gardens and on your own fruit and veg! Used by professional growers and turf professionals across the UK and Ireland, the ProBio range of products are a carefully audited Species Rich Diversity (SRD) products which redress the imbalance of biology in your growing medium or soil.

Beneficial soil organisms perform many functions which influence soil fertility and plant health. Substrate mixes do not contain a high level of biological activity which makes plants susceptible to stress and disease which is why it is important to put the biology back in to your growing medium.

Every chemical, pesticide, fungicide, herbicide and fertiliser - including some seaweed products - harm or even kill some part of the beneficial biological community that exist in your soil even when applied at the recommended rates. There are many products on the market which, whilst being sold as an improver plant tonic or bio stimulant may contain a chemical and may be harmful to your biology.
