A seamless 4-metre extension that has completely transformed how this family lives, entertains and relaxes. ✨

Working with returning clients is always a privilege, and after previously transforming the upstairs bedrooms and office spaces, we were invited back to reimagine the heart of the home.

This project included:

✨ A 4-metre single-storey rear extension
✨ Open-plan kitchen, dining and living space
✨ Bespoke media wall cabinetry
✨ Underfloor heating throughout
✨ Large-format flooring for a seamless finish
✨ Contemporary lighting design and roof lanterns to flood the space with natural light

The stunning kitchen features Next125 cabinetry, Caesarstone porcelain worktops, Miele appliances, Minoli flooring, and bespoke Schüller media wall units, creating a refined, minimalist aesthetic that balances beauty with functionality.

Every detail was carefully considered to deliver a calm, luxurious space designed for modern family living.

Every great transformation starts with a vision ✨

Swipe to see where this project began alongside the proposed designs that completely reimagined the space.

For this home, we reconfigured the entire ground floor layout to create a better flow for modern family living. The plan includes transforming an existing downstairs bedroom into a brand-new kitchen space, opening up the layout by removing an internal wall, and converting the original kitchen into a practical utility and boot room.

Alongside the layout changes, the full ground floor was elevated with new flooring throughout and a complete decorative refresh to bring everything together seamlessly.
