*JOB VACANCY*

Due to increasing summer workload we are looking to take on a fourth member of our team. We are a small tree surgery firm carrying out both domestic and commercial tree works, and commercial grounds maintenance.
We are looking to take on either:
- Experienced climber
- Experienced grounds maintenance operative

This would be for an immediate start, initially to cover the busy summer months until end of September, with a view to it possibly becoming a permanent role. Full time Monday-Friday with opportunity for additional Saturday hours if wanted, paid weekly on a self employed basis. Day rate to be discussed dependent on experience.
Our yard is located on the outskirts of Thame close to the M40, own transport and driving license holder necessary.

As we close down for the festive week we would like to say a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all 🎄Thank you to all our clients this year both new and returning, and to our staff, suppliers and friends for all the support, it’s been a great year to look back on and we can’t wait to see what 2022 brings for the Flint Tree Surgeons team after a well earned rest!

Here is a recent job completed for one of our commercial clients. The job was to reduce an avenue of 14 hornbeam trees in order to view the stores sign from the bottom of the avenue and to retain a smaller size for there location.
Being a busy garden centre and home store the work had to be completed within the week ready for the weekend. We are pleased with the results.
