Porch extension coming along nicely for Charlett Building Services Ltd 🔨

The stonework is now complete and the roof is nearly there. Really pleased with how this one is taking shape and tying into the existing property.

Next step is getting the doors and windows fitted, while we begin work on the inside finishes. More updates coming soon 👌🏡

Progress update from our Charlbury project 👷‍♂️

Our Charlbury extension is now well underway, with solid progress being made on both the rear kitchen extension and the new front porch.

We’re now up to DPC level on the rear extension, with the slab in and foundations taking shape exactly as planned. The front porch is also moving forward nicely, setting the stage for a complete transformation to both the functionality and kerb appeal of the property.

Strong groundwork is what every successful build is built on — and this stage is all about precision, preparation, and getting the structure right from the very beginning.

Exciting to see this one coming together. Plenty more updates to follow as we take this project from groundwork to finished space.
