It’s been a busy few weeks completing this wedding venue in Buckinghamshire, long days and weekends to get it finished in time for the client.

Mechanically grind the existing paint off the floor, latex and install a liquid DPM to prevent any moisture coming through the Barn floor. Then install a Minoli 60x60 porcelain tile including creating a checkerboard pattern for the dance floor.

Great effort from the lads to get this over the line in time.

Show home now open to this 37 plot site we are doing in Thame..
installing porcelain wall and floor tiles from Minoli, no tile trims wanted so all edges mitred and resin filled.

A very labour intensive job but the finish the team have done looks great.

The external works to the pool house from start to finish, including the concrete sub base also a 20mm random length limestone laid on sand and cement to falls and terracotta bricks laid in a herringbone pattern to walk ways and loggia.. the team have done a great job on the fitting..

Nice to have a site visit this morning to see the apartments at Winkfield Park coming together, where we have been installing porcelain wall and floor tiles.

Another external terrace finished today, ready to enjoy the sunshine ☀️
This one was a 1m x 1m x 20mm porcelain tile fitted to falls and laid on a decoupling matting. plus the addition of drilling 20 number 100mm floor lights.

Another plot nearly ready for hand over on this site in Woodstock..
A lot work involved, plank tiles laid in a herringbone pattern to all the ground floor, bathrooms and en-suites in a 60x60 porcelain tile.. All tiles for this site are from Minoli.
