Position 1: Trainee – Building & Plumbing
An ideal opportunity for someone starting out and looking to build a long-term career in the trades. No experience needed — just a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn on the job. Perfect for those wanting a hands-on career.

Position 2: Multi-Trade Operative
Suitable for an experienced all-round tradesperson. Must be able to work independently, manage varied tasks, and take pride in high-quality workmanship. Plumbing experience is not required.

Downstairs refurbishment. Consisting of new howdens supplied kitchen, utility room cupboards and flooring. New downstairs WC, repointing of herringbone chimney with lime mortar & redecoration throughout. We also removed part of the wall and installed a new steel to support everything above creating a large open planned kitchen dining room. If you’ve got a project coming up in 2026 please get in contact with us.

🚨🚨emergency leak at the Watlington business centre. Pinprick hole on the mains pipe supplying the toilets and kitchen. You can just make out the leak in the first photo. Second photo new pipework and water restored to the building.

We have recently finished two reduced mobility bathrooms for two elderly customers to help them keep their independence and make things a bit easier for them.

On both occasions we removed the baths one opted for a low profile anti slip shower tray and the other opted for a wet room with anti slip tiles.

We have also updated on the duck egg blue bathroom their cylinder to a gledhill unvented cylinder what will supply two other bathrooms.

Our recent extension finished.

On this job we did the following:

- Built a 3m x 3m rear double extension, creating a new dining space along with en-suite for the master bedroom.
- Altered the layout downstairs to enlarge the cloaks room and create a new office .
- new wet underfloor heating downstairs in the extension and hallway.
- installed new drainage.
- installed new engineer flooring through the hallway and dining space.

Were hiring :

- Temporary Labourer initially for approximately 2-4 weeks with potential of permanent employment for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

- Applicant must have own vehicle/ transport to get to and from work.

- Applicant must be able to work with a friendly team of tradespeople and be willing to help out if asked.

- Work will be everything from the ground up and everything in between.

- Training will be given on site. ( For pennant position training will be given in specific trades should they wish to progress)

- Pay will negotiable and dependant on experience and skill set they bring forward.

What is overlay underfloor heating?

-Overlay underfloor heating is a cost effective solution to heating your house giving you a even heat over your entire room, rather than radiators that are less effective and don’t give you an even heat across the room.

- Overlay underfloor heating allows you to control each individual room separately and can be accessed via an app on your phone or tablet.

- Overlay underfloor heating dose not require us to break up any of the existing floor it simply glued down to the existing floor as long as it’s flat and sound ( if it’s not flat we can self level the floor out pria to installing).
