For our lovely customers John and Margaret in Paisley. Sadly they were stung badly by a fly by night who said they would clean their roof. Job was half done with a huge amount of moss still on the back section.

Not wanting the hassle of having to have it cleaned again. They opted for Renotec, roof restoration and coating service.

For our amazing customer Shiela and her childminding business in Edinburgh.

We were contacted through Facebook, where Shiela was looking for different options to give her Exterior Walls a new lease of life. Not knowing what type of roughcasting was nessessary for the condition.

Our plan was to re-roughcast the extension and restore her main walls and coat them using ProPERLA.

Shiela is over the moon with how her business and home looks now and we even got it done within the promised timefame so that everything was done and cleaned up in time for the kids coming back.

For the MacGregors, our lovely customers in Glasgow. This project had presented some challenges.

Initially they contracted us to do an Exterior coating but upon arriving on the scene to start the work most of the walls were bossed due to poor paintwork that was carried out previously.

Mat our roughcast and rendering manager carried out a survey that day and discovered that the best long term solution to these issues was to roughcast the walls after hacking off over 30M² of bossed roughcast and applying a 2 skim system. This comes with a 25 year guarantee.

Scaffolding was erected and within 3 days we were able to complete to job to an excellent standard. The MacGregors are absolutly delighted with the work and have since left us a 5-star review.

For our lovely customers Angie, David, Joe and Sue in Glasgow. We were first contacted by Angela and David who were looking to have their exterior walls freshened up.

Having been let down by a previous contractor they were slightly sceptical about bringing another firm in to quote the job but having discussed in detail how they wanted their home to look on completion we were able to assure them of our standard of work by directing them to our social media and customers we had in the area not too far away.

That evening Joe and Sue, their next door neighbours joined in on the survey and all were happy to proceed with the work.

Before within 2 weeks we were able to start their project which was carried out by Peter, Patrick and Jonny.

All were delighted with the work and have since left 5-Star testimonials online. We are also scheduled to start their neighbours Maureen's home next week as well.

Along with the Roof Replacement and Roughcasting carried out we also re-sprayed all the u-pvc areas in Anthracite Grey. Which has made a huge difference to Margarets final look on the house. Completed in just 2 days.

Carried out by our re-sprayer Warren the final look has garnered so many complements from the neighbours.

For our lovely customer Margaret in Glasgow who was initially looking for Roughcast having seen some of her neighbours houses getting done.

When we spoke to her more about the services we offer it made more sense to Margaret to get us in to do the full house including her roof, windows, doors and facia, soffits, gutters and downpipes.

We started with the roof which was completed in just 3 days. Scaffolding was altered and roughcasting began shorty after. The following day we did the re-spraying. All in all the project took just 7 days in total and Margaret was truly delighted with the result. Having left us a glowing 5-star review on Google.

What a pleasure it was meeting Arthur and Francis in East Renfrewshire. A lovely couple who had been years trying to maintain their brickwork. They had decided that roughcasting would be a long term, maintenence free option for their brick around the bottom half of the house.

We started by applying a grid to the brickwork which was an already painted surface so that we could achieve adhesion from the base coat which was meshed and with wall plugs applied we could start the base coat.

This was followed by the top coat which was white and then we pebble dashed the area using castlehill harvest chips.

They are over the moon with the results. Have been complemented from several of the neighbours and couldn't praise our team Mat, Oscar and Serge for the work carried out.
