Can't believe we haven't shared this one yet! One of our bigger projects from last year 🏠

This was a job completed for a returning customer, after we restored their front wall they got in touch for their house to be coated to match ⚪️

The usual process here at CBM was carried out with all walls, pipes, soffits, eaves and fascia being coated and the results speak for themselves 🏠

We recently completed coating this block of four cottage flats in inchinnan which were built back in the 1930’s and had never seen a drop of paint! The building itself also required a substantial amount of repairs🏚.

We started off with our anti-fungal power wash to remove and deter all moss and dirt from the walls, this was followed by carrying out all of the repairs before finally receiving 2 coats of light grey paint to all the walls and a darker shade of grey to all trim🏠. All resulting in four happy customers🤝.

Here are some before and afters of recent job completed by ourselves which gave the house a complete new look🏠

We carried out a thorough process of transforming this house which involved:

Power washing the house✅
Moss removal & power washing porch roof✅
All wood sanded and prepped✅
1 coat of weathershield undercoat applied✅
2 coats of weathershield satin paint applied✅
Porch roof coated in hydro-plus thermal paint✅
All fencing and gates painted to match✅

Which all resulted in 1 happy customer🤝
