Thanks to Lotte Buckley for these photos of her garden transformation! Having discussed with Lotte what she wanted from her green space, the design just felt right and grew organically as I worked. Really pleased with the result.

Great to have a bit of help on this garden clearance and what a difference we made! And in that heat too! Lots of drinks breaks, lots of sweat but importantly, not much blood and no tears! 💚💪

I wondered where my spade went yesterday!

I was treated to a lovely lie in this morning, then a fry up!
After that I received some beautiful gifts from my loved ones, including the return of my now personalised spade!

It was great to be joined by my youngest at work yesterday!

She helped me put these runner beans in and is now at an age where ‘helped’ actually means just that! She did a decent percentage of the work!

Great to get the family down to the plot this morning before yet more rain sent them scampering!

Lots more stuff in the ground, including some cabbages now tucked under my scavenged plastic pipe and scaffold netting! 👍💷

Also getting the polytunnel a bit more sorted finally with some beds AND a path! Get me!! 🧐😎

Reclaiming a garden for students to use in a local school yesterday. Next job is to build raised beds and an area for some Forest School work to take place.
