The bathroom was outdated and definitely overdue being done up.

Out with the old and in with the new, we installed some lovely marble affect tiles, new sink and unit, new laminate flooring, new skirting boards and finished off with the walls and woodwork being painted 👌🏼

Warm roof completed on Brackenbury primary school ✅️

This warm roof was installed on top of the existing roof as it was structurally all good, this keeps the roof to the same temperature as the inside of the building, by placing a continuous layer of insulation above the roof deck, it dramatically improves thermal efficiency, eliminates condensation and damp, and extends the lifespan of the roof👍🏽

All the joint are staggered as should be not just too look good but keep them strong and bonded, all joints have bitumen bleeds to ensure that the roof is 100% sealed and weather proof. All new fascia and soffits installed aswell.

Decorating job completed in Brighton ✅️

As you can see this property had some heavy cracks on the front so we always put exstra time and attention into things like this to get a lovely finish and a strong finish to prevent future cracks💪🏽

The cracks were grinded out to allow more filler in there and to get it right in there aswell making them alot more stronger than just filling them, they were then primed, filled, sanded, primed again then one coat of stain block was applied before finishing it off with 2 coats of brilliant white 👌🏼
