After a productive day on the nursery me and Freddy went to get a bit of vitamin sea...

obviously did a litter pick on the high tide line and were rewarded by a lego flipper that very well may have come from the container ship spill in Cornwall in 1997!!
I also came across this amazing Jon forman work of art so beautifully done as always...

not forgetting the orchids blooming in the dunes..
