Our most recent bathroom renovation!
It was an absolute pleasure to work for my oldest friend and his partner, bringing their vision of a Ministry Of Magic inspired bathroom to life.
With deep gloss textured green wall tiles, concealed black fittings and finishes, a floating toilet and a custom made rainfall shower to maximise height, along with LED niches and wall cabinet, it does feel classy and magical! 🧙

Some before and afters of our most recent bathroom replacement.
Almost everything in here was leaking and the suite had come to the end of its lifespan.
We carried out a full rip out back to the joists, replacing all the subfloor and creating more space for a wider sink and vanity unit, before finishing up with some more modern concrete effect tiles and a neutral patterned cushion floor.

The loft room was insulated and boarded before creating a peaceful place for a soak 🛁

Absolutely thrilled with the finish on this garden room. It was really nice taking a break from some of our bigger projects and getting a chance to show off my decorating skills again.

A new bathroom completed this week on a rental property in Penarth.
The old tiles were poorly installed and blown causing damage to walls and floor.
All the walls were tanked in a waterproofing system before the new tiles were installed to prevent any future problems.

Some before and afters of our latest refurbishment of a 1 bed flat in Penarth.
Really happy with how this turned out, it’s a great sized flat close to town with a private garden. Available to rent now with Thompson Young Properties.

These are probably the nicest bathrooms I’ve fitted to date.
All professionally designed to the highest specifications and nothing but the finest quality materials and fittings were used.
Both in the same house for lovely customers who looked after us and were very patient while their home temporarily resembled a plumbing warehouse!

This kitchen is around 20 years old 😮
Talk about looking good for your age!
With a good clean and a replacement of the silicone sealant, it’s fresh and ready to go for new tenants moving in soon.

Sneak peek! We’ve just finished a full refurbishment on a 3 bed house in Cogan. This is a before and after of the ground floor bathroom.
We’ve also reworked the layout and added an upstairs bathroom.
The house will be on Rightmove in the next few days and is being sold by Thompson Young Properties.
