This beauty is still waiting for a new home so I took it out to the garden yesterday to take some new pictures ❤️

Down the rabbit hole we go… ✨
This one-of-a-kind vintage dressing table has been completely transformed into an enchanting Alice in Wonderland inspired statement piece, full of whimsical details and hidden surprises. Painted in a rich teal blue with layered black checkerboard stencilling and shimmering gold diamond patterns, the whole piece feels like stepping straight into a magical storybook world.
I added beautiful Alice themed furniture transfers throughout the piece, alongside decorative mouldings and tiny fantasy-inspired embellishments including mushrooms, keys, florals and curious little details waiting to be discovered. The drawer sides feature stencilled harlequin diamonds for an extra playful touch, while the mirror has been finished with reverse decoupage to create an even more dreamlike feel.
The distressed edges and layered textures give the piece a beautifully aged, slightly mysterious character - as though it may have belonged to the Mad Hatter himself ☕🐇
A true statement piece for anyone who loves fantasy interiors, maximalist decor and furniture with personality.

The gate is now back where it belongs, doing its important job of keeping the chickens, peacocks, and geese safe and secure in their pen... and did I mention the horses too? 🐔🦚🪿🐴

Every time I visit this customer, I leave with serious animal envy! It feels like a little slice of paradise, and I’m pretty sure if she ever decided to adopt me, I’d happily move in and spend my days surrounded by all these beautiful creatures. 😄

Seeing my creations return to their new homes is always special, but this one definitely has one of the best backdrops!

Before I started my furniture upcycling journey, I was actually a jewellery maker! I even went to college to study Jewellery Design and Make. 💎✨

Although I no longer create jewellery, I still love wearing it, so I thought it would be fun to buy some inexpensive costume jewellery and give it a makeover using transfers. 😉

Did it turn out exactly how I imagined? Not quite! 😂 But I still think they have their own unique charm, and I had great fun experimenting with something different.

If you'd like to see the full process and how they turned out, there's a longer video available on my YouTube channel. 💕

I’d love to do something a little different and special for my next Creative Class! 😊

I know many of you don’t drive and have told me that you’d love to visit the amazing Causeway Creations shop to stock up on all the wonderful supplies needed to start your own upcycling journey.

So, on 5th July at 10am, I’ll be hosting a Creative Class focused on either a handmade notebook or a wooden plaque. These projects should take around 3 hours, and afterwards I’ll be taking anyone who would like to join on a little road trip to Causeway Creations in Fife so you can browse, shop, and treat yourselves to all those creative goodies you've been eyeing up! 🎨✨

Of course, if you'd prefer, you're more than welcome to attend the class and head home afterwards-there’s absolutely no pressure to join the shopping trip.

So, who’s in? 😀

Price per person £50
