Self Care

I’m learning it’s a necessity not a luxury.

Since my cancer surgery 15 years agin I’ve been living with chronic nerve pain.

Heat, treatment, therapy & rest are required as it’s physically and mentally exhausting living with it.

After a very busy few weeks yes I admit doing a lot more than I should have especially in the garden but nature is my happy place.

I’ve arrived at the in chronic pain.

I booked the new Solis package

I can’t recommend enough and will be booking regularly for treatment to help my pain & wellbeing.

Such caring attentive staff nothing is too much trouble from when you pull up in the car , during your stay and as you depart.

I've had a fabulous day with these two today! Michaela and Simon from wishnbelievegifts are not only amazingly good at what they do but they are some of the most genuinely lovely and welcoming people I have had the privilege to meet.

No wonder the house was full of laughter, fun and conversation today, it's been great.

Thank you so much for inviting me to be part of your VIP event today it's been wonderful.

~ Being an independent small business can sometimes feel isolating but since being a part of the market family at Yummy Yorkshire I can't say I have felt isolated.
I have met so many wonderful passionate co- traders from day one of being a part of the market and have formed friendships that I know will last a lifetime.
There's no rivalry there's no awkwardness just lots of encouragement for each other to do well.

The market family are all together back in the barns at Yummy Yorkshire next Sunday 14th June where we all would love to welcome you along.

Feeling exhausted but so thankful

A massive thank you to everyone who attended our Garden Party Style VIP shopping today.

I cannot express how grateful we are for all your support it means so much to us.

So lovely to see many regulars and lots of new VIP guests.

Heading to bed so will catch up with all enquires and stock levels tomorrow.

Our next VIP event will be our Christmas Preview. Saturday 11th October.

We will be on our stall every other Sunday.
