Beautiful old school house in Hunsonby. This property has been empty and neglected for a while now, and the owners had decided to show it some love ❤️. We went in and sorted the damp proof out, prepped and re lined some walls, before painting everything in Dulux trade emulsion (white on ceilings and Timeless on walls) all it needs now is carpets fitted, then get some tenants into this lovely home 🏠.

Large room that had old lining paper starting to peel and sag over time, and look dated. So we’ve given it an uplift, we’ve stuck back the edges and filled any imperfections, then re-lined the walls, and then painted the ceiling and walls in Farrow and Ball Matt emulsion. Finally finished off by Dulux white eggshell on all woodwork (including the old mahogany windows) and a beautiful zoffany finish paper on the feature wall 🤩.

This customer has had the same old kitchen for 15 years, and didn’t want to spend a fortune fitting a new one. So the cheaper option was to have it revamped with a new work surface and splash back, and all existing doors etc, primed and x2 coats of a Farrow & Ball colour mixed in the fabulous Dulux trade eggshell finish. New door handles to follow 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
