Some incredible structure & fascinating new growth gives it real dominance in a Cornish garden, love them! Yet to see how this one got on over the storms last week but fingers crossed it's not been damaged!

I've been enjoying heading back over photos from last year's work..
A little before & after..
Using 900mmx600mm 22mm slate and Fuga Pave grout, full concrete bed plus a decent helping of paving priming slurry means this won't be going anywhere..
We added two runs of contemporary fence panels in order to provide privacy all the while working around a number of mature shrubs and small trees.. Essential to keep due to their mature nature giving a feeling of grounding to the space..
Lovely to provide a useable space for a lovely family and hopefully enjoy the rays on it this year 😎🌞

Well, it's been a while.. Looking back through my Instagram/Facebook posts, 2 in 2021 last year... 🙈
Work, life & more work got in the way of keeping up with things in this part of the world.. The inspiration to keep up-to-date with my Instagram business page has been lacking to say the least but something has given me the inspiration to take photos, be proud of work and get back on the wagon..
Everyone can now relax and rejoice, I'm back.. More of that top class garden content to come... 🙌😂

First post in a while but it's a proud one..
A few snaps of a recently completed rethink and redesign of an awesome little space in Falmouth..
The clients being a young family and a brief of contemporary style with usable and safe space for play and entertaining, I went for a large decked area allowing for this with added privacy along the boundaries and a tidy of the existing walls with a simple render..
Planting was chosen to suit the area, a shaded space and moister soil meant I went for shades of green and foliage and textural interest rather than a mix of colour.. Just can't wait for the planting to establish!
A floating bench was developed during the design and really becomes a feature in itself, we opted for creating the seating a little lower and deeper than a conventional garden bench giving a more relaxed and calming feel to the space..
