An exciting extension which is currently underway in Falmouth. Koha Architects have worked closely with the client to develop a brief and refine the proposal which ultimately resulted in a smaller and more efficient plan which opens up towards the rear garden. The works also include refurbishing and reconfiguring the existing residence.

This week we achieved planning permission for the complete refurbishment of this historic end of terrace property in the centre of Mevagissey. We used a heritage led approach and close consultation with the parish, heritage consultant and structural engineer to develop sensitive proposals for this old fisherman’s cottage that has been neglected over the years and left in an unsafe condition.

client’s passion for ecology, sustainability and wellbeing. The design includes a natural pool, waterfall feature and new landscaping to integrate the spa building into the landscape and increase biodiversity at the site. Landscape image by Ian Guyver.

Koha are participating this month in Cycle The Month to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK and promote cycling.

One in eight men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime, and it's the UKs third biggest cancer killer. But it doesn't have to be this way. We’re raising money to help fund lifesaving research for men and their families affected by the disease.

The Trinity Centre we have been working on is nearing completion and is looking fantastic!
This is a new much needed mixed use community facility in the centre of St. Austell. The centre will be prioritising groups that help the wellbeing of the community. St. Austell parish have deliberately employed local companies, architects, designers and materials to aid the speed of revitalising St Austell.
