💧🏠The Water Tower has been an unusual and exciting conversion project! 💧🏠

Transforming what was once an old water tower into a Grand Designs–style home.

The client’s brief was to create an energy-efficient space while also bringing user-friendly technologies into their new home.

🔥🌱 We’re installing an air source heat pump with underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) , and smart-controlled lighting 💡📱
