Trainee window fitter
Hours of work
7:45-4:45 Mon -Thurs 7:45-3:30 Friday with some flexibility required.
Main Duties
Initially working as part of a 3 person team installing upvc and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories in residential properties, small independent building sites and occasionally commercial buildings, this will initially involve preparing and cleaning frames, glazing and finishing frames with architrave and sealant, one day a week may be in the yard checking stock levels and accepting deliveries, Our work is typically local to Bidford and the surrounding area, transport to each site from the yard and back to Bidford is provided.

What we are looking for,
Some work at height is required and the role will involve lifting, basic maths is a must alongside attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team as well complete tasks on your own with the direction and support of other team members.

Casual worker/Labourer/Holiday & Sick cover
Main Duties
Work along side our fitters on an adhoc basis when additional labour is required, duties will include preparing UPVC & Aluminium windows and doors, site cleanliness, accepting deliveries, help loading/unloading amongst other things, this role would ideally suit someone that is maybe retired/semi-retired.
Salary dependant on experience.
Working hours, daytime Mon-Friday on a zero hour contract basis.
