Cornus (Dogwood) pruning carried out over the last few weeks ✂️

Pruning Cornus from anywhere between early March through to early April (just before new leaves appear) is best practice to encourage those vibrant winter stems that they are so well known for!

Fruit tree pruning season 🍏🍎🍐🌳🪾✂️

This particular tree has been expertly pruned & completely rejeauvenated by removing any dead damaged & diseased branches, crossing limbs & just completely thinned out in general allowing it to breathe. This work will help reduce the risk of future disease & hopefully enable a healthier crop of apples in the years to come!
