Full Multi-Trade Management: Handled all the first-fix wiring, plumbing rerouting, plastering, and appliance integration internally.

That is a night-and-day transformation! We took this bedroom from raw, freshly skimmed plaster to a vibrant, crisp finish—handling everything from the decorating to the fixtures.
What we did:
Plumbing: Safely disconnected and removed the radiator to allow for clean plastering and seamless painting, then refitted it perfectly at the end.
Electrical: Replaced the outdated pendant light and ceiling rose with a modern, flush-mount drum light fixture.

Our customer did a fantastic job stripping this room back to its bare bones, leaving us a blank canvas to completely transform the space! We stepped in to handle all the structural timber work, plumbing, electrical, and plastering under one roof.
What we did:
Structural Joinery & Suspended Ceiling: Framed out a brand-new suspended ceiling grid to lower the height, hide the utilities, and create a perfectly level structure.
Plumbing Alterations: Repositioned old utility pipework and cleared out the redundant ground lines.
Heavy-Duty Electrical Work: Ran all new wiring inside heavy-duty metal conduit piping, installed modern flush-fit ceiling spotlights, and fitted solid metal clad sockets and switches.
Floor Levelling: Prepped the subfloor and poured a perfectly flat self-levelling screed.
Drylining & Overboarding: Plasterboarded the walls and the new ceiling to create a solid, clean structure.

We just wrapped up this custom vertical fence!
Standard off-the-shelf options don’t compare to a bespoke build. We hand-built this Hit & Miss style fence board-by-board with a tight gap layout to provide total privacy from the neighbors while allowing high winds to pass through safely.
The Details:
Built to Last: Every post was extra treated with premium bitumen waterproofing below the ground line to prevent rot.
