Please support local businesses providing training opportunities for local youth. There is a big skill shortage coming and rather than help, the government just keeps making it more and more difficult & costly for small businesses to train apprentices. Plumbing and heating is a great trade to learn. Dylan, now in his second year, has fitted in really well to our small team, is progressing well at college, and is eagerly learning our high standards and values. Credit to Dylan’s parents too for bringing him up with core values and work ethic. Great to see.
