Project Update – 7 Flats Construction (Final Phase)

We have entered the final phase of the 7-flats construction project. This final phase is further divided into several key stages:

Demolition
✅ Completed in 2 days.
Site Cleaning and Preparation
🔄 Ongoing – currently preparing for new foundation work.
New Foundation and Structural Works
🔜 To begin soon – includes bricklaying, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
Interior Decoration Works
🕐 Scheduled after structural and utility installations.
Environmental and External Works
🕐 Final stage – includes fixing and landscaping around the newly built structure.
We will continue to provide updates as each stage progresses

🤔 Cellling is an Artistic Marvel. Wallpapers. One layer of wallpaper is covered by another, and the top two layers are coated using solvent-based paint.

🏡 Developments before and after. The walls were primed and replastered twice before applying "Tikkurila Ultra Brilliant White" paint. For a clean and final look, we installed new skirting boards. Old paint layers were scraped off. Additionally, new lighting has been installed along with a thermostat for floor heating.
