We have designed a lovely house in Peterborough that will seamlessly fit into the Victorian character of the neighbourhood, planning approval obtained and excited to see it is now starting on site.

We are currently seeking an ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic Project Architect, Part II Assistant, or Architectural Technician to join our team.

You will be directly involved in and responsible for all stages of architectural projects. Day-to-day duties would include assisting the director in designing, developing, and managing projects, playing a pivotal role in our client experience by running a project from measured survey through to planning approval/building regulations and on-site, liaising with clients via phone and site visits to offer support, creative input and to ensure compliance to local authority guidelines.

🟠 Candidates should be qualified to RIBA Part 2 or equivalent
with a minimum of 3 years UK experience.

🟠 Capable of running a project from inception to completion.

🟠 Strong communication abilities, with experience in meeting
clients, and managing contractors and consultants.

🟠 Excellent technical and design skills with the ability to provide
high-quality presentations and technical drawing packages.

🟠 AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office skills.

We can provide a competitive salary, working within a friendly and relaxed environment. The position is office based and is a 20 minutes walk from the train station/Peterborough City Centre, private parking is available.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
