We are keeping our fingers crossed! ๐Ÿคž We're in the final stages of planning for a beautiful new development that will breathe new life into a local conservation area. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿก

We've designed a scheme that truly has something for everyone while respecting the local history: โœจ We are saving and restoring the beautiful listed stone farmhouse on the site, turning it into two spectacular homes. โœจ Weโ€™re converting an old, unused brick barn at the back of the site into a character-filled home. โœจ We are tearing down an old row of garages and replacing them with a stunning, accessible new-build bungalow.

Plus, we are completely redoing the landscaping to create lush, green gardens that will help local wildlife thrive and increase the area's biodiversity! ๐Ÿ๐ŸŒป We are just ironing out the final details with the council, water, and wildlife officers, and hope to have a decision very soon.

We recently finished this stunning glazed living room extension for a beautiful old stone property right here in Southorpe, Cambridgeshire. The homeowners wanted a space to unwind that felt completely connected to the outdoors, no matter the weather or the season.

What a transformation! ๐Ÿก Weโ€™ve completely reimagined this project, turning it from a tired, dated brick property into a bright, modern dream home.

We completely changed the look of the house with a fresh new render and a gorgeous oak-framed porch. But the biggest changes happened out back! We added a huge first-floor extension with stunning floor-to-ceiling glass gables, plus a side extension and a full internal layout change to give the family the space they need.

A brand new chapter is beginning for The Sessions House on Thorpe Road! ๐Ÿ›๏ธโœจ

We are so excited to share that weโ€™ve just received planning approval to add a rear extension and convert this incredible Grade II listed building into a stunning new restaurant for Peterborough!

Originally built back in 1842 as the city's main courthouse and jail, its castle-like stone towers and original portcullis are a legendary part of our local history. Weโ€™re currently working hard behind the scenes to discharge the final planning conditions so our client can officially begin the conversion process and bring this beautiful space back into public use.
