Step-by-Step Inline Extractor Fan Installation ✔️

We were recently called out to a property experiencing severe mould build-up in the bathroom, caused by poor ventilation and trapped moisture.

To resolve the issue properly, we carried out a full inline extractor fan installation, designed to provide powerful and consistent airflow.

As shown in the photos, we’ve documented the step-by-step process:
• Careful routing and positioning of the fan
• Installation of a top-quality inline extractor fan for maximum performance
• Use of insulated ducting to prevent condensation forming in the loft space

The insulated ducting is especially important, as it helps stop moisture turning back into water in colder loft areas — a common cause of long-term issues if not done correctly.

New exciting project incoming 👌

After carrying out the work for a customer to bring their luxury home to life we have now been recommend to a family member where we’ve just secured another beautiful home!

This one’s a little different…

The client has decided not to use an architect for the electrical design, which means we’ll be working directly with them to plan and design everything from the ground up — and then carrying out the full installation ourselves.

This is exactly the type of project we enjoy. Being involved from the design stage means we can make sure the lighting, layout and overall finish not only looks great but actually works properly for how they live.

Really looking forward to getting started on this one and sharing the progress as we go.
