SECRET EXTENSION
A lot of effort goes into design and construction to make an extension seamlessly tie into the existing house and streetscape. Our recently completed project in Cults re-uses materials from site to match the existing, while providing a contemporary rear extension and interior space. The garden design is a simple way to blend the hard and soft surfaces and will look great after the spring growth.

FAMILY SPACE
The rear extension to our latest completed project in Cults, Aberdeen creates a large open plan kitchen, family and dining space which can be expanded to the garden by large sliding doors. The timber cladding provides a warm natural feel to this space, contrasting the more formal granite frontage.

TRANSFORMATION
Lovely to visit our completed project in the West end of Aberdeen. The objective was to create a new open plan dining, kitchen and living space by relocating the kitchen and extending into the garden. A combination of design team, contractor and client results in a warm inviting space, linked to the garden and transforming the interior of this home.

REDESIGN
This project was a complete layout redesign to take a normal bungalow up to a contemporary family home. Open plan kitchen, dining and living designed so the spaces flow in to each other, rather than just a big open space. The house appears and feels more spacious without actually adding floor area. And the best bit, it's currently For Sale so you could live in this amazing home!

HOME ALTERATIONS
Phase one of this project looking good, as the previous lounge is transformed into a ground floor bedroom with en-suite and conservatory roof replaced with a new insulated roof. Looking forward to phase two… the extension!
