Just had a lovely message from a customer and asked me to put it on my page. Thankyou Edward Komocki.
"Boiler lost pressure just as the cold snap started! Left a message on the MCG answer-phone and got an impressively swift response. Appointment booked for a home visit within 48 hours with advice to keep me ticking over in the meantime! Matt arrived just as promised, diagnosed the problem very efficiently and resolved it with a minimum of fuss! Explained everything clearly, made thorough checks throughout the heating system and alerted us to additional potential problems. Very friendly, extremely professional and left no mess whatsoever!!! Fees charged were very reasonable indeed!! Will undoubtedly be using MCG in future and can highly recommend!"
