Finally touches today on this Edwardian property originally built in 1903 as you can imagine this old cottage was very tired and unloved .

Massive task to bring this up to modern standards but we did it 😎

💥Walls and ceilings finished in Covaplus 'Brilliant white'

💥 Timbers finished in Aquaguard Undercoat and Satin 'Black'

💥 Doors and woodwork finished in 'Anthracite' and white

Glad to get this one wrapped up while the weather was nice 😎☀️

This 2 bedroom bungalow was in need of a freshen up previously white.
Customer wanted a subtle change of colour to bring a new look to this gorgeous property.

Walls finished in 'TRAIN' smooth masonry with black plinths.

Downpipes and waste pipes painted in allcoat.

A subtle change can make a world of difference 💥

All walls and woodwork filled with , fully dustless sanded with the orbital and detailer.
Gone with the grey and freshened up with 'Rugged Olive' with a fresh crisp Satinwood finish on all woodwork 🤙🏻
