This is one private job we have done. We had to take down the existing fence and dig down to put the fence post in and for a footing to be put in place for the garden wall. Once we put the posts in, all in line. We went on to concrete the footing. Once the footing was all in and perfectly level, we then went on to building the block wall. This wall was put in place to raise the fencing.
