what do we do to make a boxed in steel beam look more homely?

we get creative!!

here we have an oak effect beam hand crafted by and myself!!

we have been on this project for 5 weeks, knocking the chimney from roof to ground level, fitting a new kitchen, loads of plastering, knocking walls down and making rooms bigger.

Update on project Nimbus!!

it has been a few weeks and the house is coming along nicely, tiles are down, roof is nearly finished, kithcen fitting next week, we are nearly at the finish line!!

we also managed to fit in a massive garden wall which needed a new lease of life, The brickwork was crumbling away, so we repaired some of the pillars, used some OCR render which took over 50 beads, renewed the fence panels and gave it a lick of paint.

As you can see from the photos, it has made it look a million times better, the finish of the OCR is so much better then sand and cemet 👍

Update on project Nimbus!!

it has been a few months and a lot has changed!!

with the project nearly complete, the roof is ready for slating and there is plaster on throughout the house.

more plastering, windows and doors, tiling and kitchen fitting all up next. stay tuned for more photos of the finished project.

it has been a busy few weeks, but the weather doesn't stop us.!!

we have helped a customer whose water tank failed and wrecked their bathroom ceiling and the room below, full reboard and patch in work plus fresh plaster.

next we had a full massive outbuilding rip down, building a retaining wall with the used blocks and a fresh coat of render with a Tyrolean finish and a fresh slab laid due to water pooling along the wall.

and carrying on with the big house renovation at nimbus, getting to the stage of plastering the whole house. Edleigh Construction Ltd
