Mouldy En-Suite in a HMO, no window and a weak extractor fan lead to poor ventilation 🦠

- scraped back all loose and flaking paint off the ceiling and walls

- Sprayed and cleaned with Zinsser mould spray

- filled and low points from scraping paint off and sanded flat

- Bin Zinsser the entire room to prime walls and cover any blemishes

- 2x coats of Zinsser Perma White mould paint for top coats.

- new centrifugal extractor fan installed to increase extraction

Some pretty harsh scarring from plasterer skimming up to old wall after customer having new windows installed.

Plenty of prep involved on this one to get a smooth finish ✅
