Not posted in a long while, but back to work for us after an over due rest, first job of the year is this kitchen refurb. We’ve stripped it back this morning to a blank canvas ready tomorrow for first fix and counter battening prior to boarding later this week.

Just coming to end of this refurbishment project of this lovely holiday cottage. For a small place, a lot of work went in to this. Access wasn’t easy and a whole lot of waste came out. Glad to see it nearly over the line. Happy with the result. Thanks to our team as usual and our sub contractors ADW Electrical and martin cleave plastering.

Well the last few months have been unbelievably busy, a couple more weeks and our team will be able to relax, appreciate the effort from all our team and sub contractors. It’s been stressful! Here’s one of our kitchen installs coming to an end. Thanks Alex Williams ADW Electrical for the electrics, martin cleave plastering and Trevor hard for tiling.

all this work stemmed from just a bath leak 😳. Unfortunately the bath leak was left too long. Dry rot set in. The timber window lintels rotted out causing the exterior render to crack and more water to get in. compounding the problem! All in all we’ve had to strip most of this rear tenement back to brick and stone. Treat it and rebuild it.
