Roofline Upgrade in Progress

On this project, we’re improving both function and longevity with a full roofline restoration:
• New fibreglass valley installed for efficient water runoff
• Parapet rebuilt with fresh materials and detailing
• Weep vents added in the cavity to allow proper drainage
• New lead flashing and damp-proof course (DPC) fitted
• Prepping for the reinstallation of coping stones

It’s all about doing the job properly—from the inside out. Big shoutout to the team for their precision and graft in the heat!
