Customer called us as she had a leak in her bedroom. After investigating, it was coming through the chimney (missing morter joints). Raked out the joints, refilled with sand/cement, scratch coat on top, rendered finish with waterproofer.

Another happy customer as it kept the cost to a minimum.

Customer had a problem with build up of water in the corner by the the French doors, leaving puddles of water and risks flooding the garage.

We fitted new aco drains to allow the water to run away into the existing drains.
